Just had a presentation from a turnkey HR solution. The run through the interface and features was utterly comprehensive Except for the AI button which I presume brings up a chatbot which was not mentioned at all Neither did I ask about it, the whole solution was clearly battle tested and dogfooded as their own HR system The AI button was clearly there as a bit of glitz to make it look up to date, not a feature worth mentioning by either the person selling the product or importantly me the customer

Yeah this is accurate The impressive demos are the 80% of the work and 20% of the effort to anything approximating the hype The final 20% that would justify the hype, and that 20% is optimistic will be 80% of the effort Incorporation only one month behind schedule, at which point the enterprise will be subscribing to your corporate and printing them in the internal newsletter
