Option#2: Nami and Robin realize Kiku is super horny for their fat farty asses and think it's adorable, so they tease Kiku with their butt bubbles until the samurai can't take it anymore. They have raunchy gassy sex, making Kiku cum multiple times.
Option #3: Sequel to the miraculous lady scent post, with ladybug saving Chloe again. After she does she tries to leave by going into a vent which she gets stuck as she tries to push herself her stomach starts to growl with a look of concern she lets out a loud fart. (In her head she hopes no one heard that). But as she does she hears Chloe calling out to her since she heard something as she came back into the area she is stunned to see lady bugs ass sticking out of the vent she hears her asking for some help but as Chloe gets closer she smells a familiar scent as she gets closer another fart escapes ladybugs ass she apologizes but as gets done Chloe starts grabbing ladybugs ass and shoves her face between her cheeks which cause her to let out a long bubbly farts which cause Chloe to sniff harder and in her head she starts fangirling how heavenly the smell was.
Gonna be trying out 3 options this time. In case people are wondering about the last poll result, yeah I'm still planning on working on it, but it will be a big project so I was thinking of getting other smaller things done first.

There's official renders of his face that Capcom doesn't show for whatever reason. That being said there are ways of covering his face up in any case ;).

The Key of Ith
The RE one sounds great, but I think it might be hard to pull off properly because the games never revealed what Ethan's face looks like. Personally, I think Ingrid (the protagonist from the demo) might be a better option. There is close to no description of her (and she is a victim of the Dimitrescu family as well), so the design could be more malleable to the artist's interests. Still think any of these three would be awesome regardless tho!
