🕑 Added 2025-06-11 04:35:55 +0000 UTCcan't believe this is the FIRST time ive ever made a comic traditionally. i really was thinking it was going to be faster for some reason, but boy was i wrong! hoping maybe this learning curve will strengthen my drawing skills and improve my efficiency down the line for larger projects. i think all this ai/social media clout/influencer/tech bullshit has me wanting to be away from a screen as much as possible these days anyways, so im not that mad.
also, i completely forgot to keep the roughs to this comic exclusive to the chads, so im going to make the finished pages exclusive to balance it out. MY BAD.

i actually do miss calarts a lot but its one of those "i woulda done xyz differently" type things. ALSO thank you! yeah i hope i can make it work for me i feel like itll help me evolve

Takes me back to gallery nights. Golly, I miss college. Also, the first page looks incredible. I really like this traditional method.

i remember drawing digitally as young as like...12 i think? it was a wacom bamboo. idk ive done too much digital at this point and traditional will always be goated, although it doesnt surprise me at all that it took over
