Legend Maker [Download] - 4/28
🕑 Added 2023-04-28 16:11:41 +0000 UTCThis is a juicy update, so I hope you enjoy what's here. Full texture support is finally here, so have fun modding textures! There are also 2 new enemies & a previously mentioned "Foresight" boss which is very work in progress. The last screenshot is just to show that texture modding is possible.
Added:
- Full Texture Modding support. If you want to mod textures, you can copy the textures located in "Assets/Data/Backups/Textures" to "Assets/Data/Legends/[Your_Legend]/Textures". Then just edit the textures in "Assets/Data/Legends/[Your_Legend]/Textures". The edited textures will now show after loading the game.
- New Enemy - Ichi - Jumping Spider
- New Enemy - Foresight Mini - Eyeball that hovers around player & shoots lasers
- New WIP Boss - Foresight - Eyeball boss that has many protective Foresight Mini's. Once all Foresight Minis are destroyed, it will charge at the player. More functionality will be added later. This boss is very much a work in progress.
- New Saving Screen when saving. No more freezing when saving.
- New Loading Screen when loading. No more freezing when loading.
Updated:
- Color switch - Sprite is now final, & added new effects for when it is hit & final sound effects.
- Arrow switch now has a "Plok" effect when hit, in order to make it more satisfying.
- Color Blockers - Sprites are now final. Custom Sound effects have also been added.
Fixed:
- Reveal objects auto reveal on death
- Push-able Block not always push-able
Working On Next Month:
- Shallow water painting tile
- Various stone & path painting tiles
- Decoration Statues
- Wall Sign
- Statue that shoots fire in a direction
- Spinning bladed enemy/trap for puzzles

Yeah I've extracted it and saving stuff works. Suddenly going inside the house is fine but I can't exit. And I'm A person#8824 on discord if u still want to see the vid

Sure. Do you have Discord, or would you rather send it on here? I tried it to make sure it worked in the version above. The only thing I can think of is that it could be some kind of permission settings. Does saving & loading work? Have you extracted it from the zip file to a folder on your desktop?
That's what I've been doing :I Any ideas how to fix this? If you want I could try sending a video of me attempting it.

Hey Hillo. Try hitting save first. Then click the warp, select which map the warp is in, & then select the warp itself. Then hit "Select Warp", Nothing will happen until you press play, & then walk into the entrance/warp. Then, you should be teleported to the other map.
Hi, can I ask for help with something? I've put a house on the overworld and an exit in the house but nothing happens when I "select warp".

Hello Thomas. You can actually use an Xbox one controller in Play Mode. The buttons are: Gamepad (Keyboard) A (Z) : Action X (C): Sword B (X): Item 1 Y (V): Item 2 Start (Enter): Inventory Select (Tab): Change modes (ESC): Exit Thank you! & Thank you so much for supporting my game :)
Hi, so I just downloaded this game for my son to play and neither one of us has ever really played using a keyboard for controls. Currently, he cannot exit his inventory, and we have absolutely no idea how to get it to go away. Is there a place where the controls are listed so we can understand how to play a little easier? Lol. It looks amazing, btw. Great job on all that you've done with it so far!
