Eventually. In the current build, you can mostly just kiss and flirt with her. In the upcoming build, BJs and hand jobs are being added. More stuff will come later. Still need to work on some art for that.

Assuming you have the latest version? Wait at least a week or so ingame, and then head for class a few times. At some point, you should bump into her, after which she'll start popping up around campus.

The Kat-Fancy game was an April Fool's joke a few years back, when Rogue-Like was just getting started. Don't worry though, because in practical terms, yes, it's happening. The actual game is still called "Rogue-Like," but it now includes the Kitty you see above (not a lot with her right now, but I'm working on it), and will eventually include her with all the content Rogue has, plus threesome stuff, and I'm continuing to add new girls to the list. Hell, maybe at some point I'll bother to work in a UI tweak that swaps out the cover page based on certain conditions, other games have done that.

I actually considered her first, but thought Rogue would make a more interesting "intro" character to the setting. Don't worry, Kitty will come. Repeatedly.
