There was something quietly emotional in the air that evening, a mix of good and slightly wistful feelings. I wanted a few moments just for myself. I sat in stillness, and even chanted some Aum sounds. My friends must have wondered in the locker room what on earth I was doing in there. I donβt usually talk about my yogic practices with new people, but in that moment it felt natural π
Thatβs what makes sauna special for me: itβs a safe place to be exactly who you are.
A Finnish sauna is not a spa. Sauna is a place for real presence, real quiet, real connection β€οΈβπ₯
