I hope you had dock leaves ready nearby! Nettles were a serious nuisance growing up in Ireland, I can't imagine enjoying a sting from them! Especially in a nice relaxing sauna 😂

I don't know about this whisk, especially if people are nude. Can only assume that people whisk when have a towel covering them.

Ouch the Scotch Thistles here in Canada have long needles at the end of the leaves. I hope it didn't leave red marks on your skin?
