Rogue-Like 1.51f (Tailless behavior)

There was an issue raised in the previous build where someone joined in on a public sex scene and it flipped which was was intended as the lead and the partner, so I made some tweaks to the threesome action selecting back-end, which ideally will do nothing but prevent such problems, but might cause some new ones, so if you have two girls around and something goes weird when they shift activities, let me know. It might throw up a diagnostic message, like "Tell Oni, no GirlB chosen. . ." if something goes wrong, in which case, let me know word for word what it says. That should help me track down what's falling loose. I also added in a little safety net for Doreen's content where if you've done her relevant romance scenes but somehow missed the tail removal option, it can also appear as a chitchat outcome.

Having an issue with Doreen always being on the top layer of the screen, even when she's not the girl I'm talking to. And with as thicc as she is, she completely covers up other girls, at least in their standard placements.

I can't get Emma to give me her phone number. I'm on day 30 already but every time she approaches me after class someone else jumps to the head of the line trying to drag me off. When I finally silenced all the other girls, she approaches but doesn't say anything. I try to go to her room after but it jumps to night, skipping right over evening, and she always says it's too late to talk. :(

My only complain with that game is that there isn't really a proper save feature. The game auto saves but there is no going back and loading older saves.

Heh. I have fixed that for future versions, Doreen will now appear behind any other girls, and so will her tail.

Perhaps the link is not loading properly? if you mouseover the link and look at it, the decryption key is the part after the #. If the whole thing is not being read properly by your browser than it might ask for the key (I know I got that once when I was just posting the link as plain text and the key was spilling over into the next line).

Love that you were just like "Wait a minute, this is my game, I can just add Dorreen if I want and no one can stop me." I know you're going to be busy with adding two new girls for awhile, but after that's done have you considered adding some new outfits? Maybe something Bayville Sirens inspired (maybe as a Halloween style event?) or some more sex toys such as blindfolds and ropes and gags and the like?

Maybe, although functionally it doesn't usually make for a huge difference either way, since the other characters are usually spread apart enough that they barely overlap.

I tend to aim for more "casual cosplay" versions of their costumes, mainly in swimsuits and gymwear, but might add more supersuits eventually. I'm actually not a fan of mos tof the Evo supersuits, I like their street clothes better. :D

Yeah, once the mall got added, I leave that as the main way to get them. Legacy characters (particularly since you can get them before the mall gets unlocked) can still get them from the online shopping, but newer ones can only shop at the mall. And yes, I also made efforts so that when you do buy an item, it's specific to that character.

This isn't really a question but an idea or two. The addition of certain characters' supersuits might be cool. Either their evolution or comic versions. Also mystique could be a fun character in the future.

Unrelated to recent updates. But would it be possible to get a change to Jubilee in asking her if she wants to stay after she pesters you for physical contact. She always says “I’m so not in the mood” even if you did not pressure her into any unwanted touching.

Maybe i missed it, but i cant find the garterbelts anymore. If i remember correctly, it was possible for some girls to buy them after a couple of encounters. If i remember it used to be a little buggy. You could give Kitty's garterbelt to all other girls. But somehow i cant find them in the shop or the wardrobe options. Am i missing something? But besides from that, it's really really impressive what you put together. And thanks for keeping the project running!

Sounds like a good solution to me. If I may suggest something, I'd prefer if Doreen is only always in the back row as long as her tail is visible. As soon as the player hides her tail, she should be treated like any other character. Would that be a feasible thing to code?

That is also something I plan to tweak in future builds, I'm going to make it so that Doreen is always in the back row of sprite layering (sorry Doreen) so that nobody gets blocked by her tail.

Doreen is now one of my absolute favorites, both because of her personality and her stature. I can't wait for her content to be fully implemented. The ability to toggle her tail is also very welcome because it often hides other characters behind Doreen. Also: I'm terribly sorry, Laura, but you're no longer the undefeated queen of the bush. You held on to the title persistently and bravely.

Well, spoilers, but if you really want to know, her first Love milestone has an option to do so, and her second Obedience milestone, but there are cases in which both can get skipped. In which case, when you chit chat with her, the option might come up after that point. Once there is a scene discussing the idea, the option appears in the wardrobe under misc options.
