I wanted to tough my process up a bit and have another reference piece as this is meant to be the style for my commissions! Big thing is just being more strict about keeping the main shadow as a hard edge. This is an art thing but I like softening the edge of shadow sometimes for a more rendered look but I think it's important to keep it hard in cel-shaded arts else you lose the effect.
ANYWAY! I hope you enjoy the artwork. I thought it'd be cute to see p3mc and Mitsuru working together in the student council room so I went with it!
Also including the Mitsuru pinch chibi art here since why not lol.

Yep! I think it's a great style. It pops so well and very subtly uses a bit of halftone so it's not fully flat looking.
