“As you will see from the film, the fat blueberry woman’s button bursts at frame 243. At 247 it hits the wall, at 256 it hits the opposite wall, and here at 260 you see the button hit the president in the head knocking off his toupee”

There is something fantastically unnerving about it. I always dig when transformations have that undertone of soft horror. A sprinkle of The Fly theme.

I feel bad for her like yes I feel bad for everyone who are on the station but her transformation was slower making her have to deal with the effects over a longer period of time forcing herself out of the public eye all because of a bad batch of sour candies. I hope we see her again and she's atleast made some friends who can relate

Great storytelling. Polaroids, social media photos, Brian's obsessive quest (is the reflection in his glasses a nod to Kevin Costner's glasses as DA Jim Garrison in JFK?). The last two panels are an emotional gut-punch.

Definitely a super cool addition. Transforming into something else, not just a fruit shaped person, is amazing.

There’s another station that’s for all the ladies who transform but gigantism is involved ie you have a lady turning into a pumpkin but unlike Cat who’s a normal size, this pumpkin lady kept growing and growing and growing like one of those Guinness World Record Pumpkins that’s bigger than a house and they have to be kept separate from the normal sized ladies

Seeing this was great but if you wanted to one day maybe you could do a small comic for gummy worm girl, 5-ish pages maybe? Have her narrate her thoughts starting with before her transformation and ending at or after that social media post. Just an idea because this one is neat.

Or what if, for the gummy worm, something like she’s put with some other gummy worms/other gummy animals and she keeps getting a growing like a normal caterpillar until she creates a cocoon of spun sugar and then one of 3 things happen, she pops out back to human just immensely fat. She pops out immensely fat with comedic tin butterfly wings or she pops out like some bombshell fairy butterfly

You could put her in that day of a life of a loompette while still working out what to do with here. IE like a scene of Carla and other Candy women welcoming her to the club on their "day off" when they're allowed mobility and can meet each other or something like Kasia is seeing lifting her like those World's strongest men who lift half ton logs
