They are too sensitive to the Expansion Compounds and don't produce anything if they survive, they won't rebound if juiced. It also takes a human touch to process the product through its second stage.

It does bring up the question, why not use loompettes as a means of production? If there's a limitless supply, and don't have pesky things like family members to worry about them, why not? I think we've only seen them explode as a result of exposure to the candy, but if the company knows the formulas so we'll, why not?

Now all I can think is Jeff Bezos or Elon Musk has a similar set up in their factories and warehouses to keep employees in line. How else do you explain pumpkin spice being so addictive and only comes out in the fall
