Update Notice/suggestions
🕑 Added 2018-05-30 05:44:36 +0000 UTC This is to all my Patrons, this month has been rough with setbacks and delays on so many commissions. I realize that's not fair to you all, many of you have been pledging for Commissions of your own for awhile now and I have been a fuck up in catching up with so many of them to write. I got in over my head, had a lot of things catch up with me, and my five day a week job sucks balls, plus it literally sucks the life out of me and my time to write. Not a full time writer unfortunately, hence why so many commission prompts pile up.I write this to inform you of what I'm working, Tier Commission wise, for this week. And ask what would be a better form of reward for you in terms of writing? For example; (Scratch that I cant think of any right now).
My point is I just want to make more bang for your buck without everyone waiting forever. I'm no procrastinator, but typing lengthy commissions is a little time consuming to be sure. I don't fault any of you who have deleted or will delete and/or pause pledges because I have not yet delivered. In fact I recommend more of the latter so I can catch up on Patreon works without you paying for the wait.
All in all, I'm in need of guidance on how to serve you all better and will take any advice you can give. If not then I'll just have to work harder at managing my time with writing stuff, last month was a flip because a lot of longtime commission waits came up at the same time, hence why progress was slow.
So again, for this month of may I'd reccommend pausing Tier 4 or Tier 5 pledges if I have not delivered you anything yet, if you have already paid a month or so prior please inform me now on what story you desire that I have not yet made for you. That is all.
Upcoming is the list of stories I'm struggling to complete before the first.(Might not get to them all before then though)

I can still do yours just fine, btw I'm gonna make t he changes to Ellie/Clem later today. I have arranged a more effective schedule with updates and have been churning plenty out the past few days since that post. Look forward to it.

also i know i can't speak for other people but when it comes to regular commissions they don't need to be completed within the month and personally i would rather let the focus on the monthly story and let the commissions be done when done but that might just be me

I think that could work out maybe try that system for a week or two see if that works out at all balancing wise and so your not just swamped at all times with 8-10k requests all the time and glad to be of some help man, And really wait times don’t really bother me man like I said your work is worth the wait

Wow, thanks man. I just dont want to feel like I'm cheating everybody due to my lack of efficiency, ya know. I really appreciate it and I'm glad the wait time doesn't bother you too much. I think you've given me some nice ideas that I might use actually, like a week by week priority basis for commissions. Still need to figure out and what first, like say Monday and Tuesday are for T3's, Wednesday for T4s, Thursday and Friday for T5s, the Weekends being for regular commission work or my original story updates. Thoughts? Also, really, thank you alot for ur support. I'm still pretty new to running a Patreon and I'm trying to get it up to a decent professional level but I'm stumbling alot. So again, thanks for your advice. :)

Thanks for that, I didn't know if I was any good for anyone to wait for. I've pissed away too much time trying to scramble and get things in order. A lot of the times it was my own fault for putting regular commissions ahead of Patreon ones, but that's because I give all fans/readers/clients equal rights and time. Maybe I overexert myself. I honestly wanted to be like Cambrian or Nidodauran. Thank you for that though, hearing your words made my day. I'm gonna try and manage my time better.

Personally I think your doing okay, I mean sure sometimes it’s a bit of a wait but your balancing and delivery with the stories I find to be worth it, But if any suggestion I can make to try and satisfy everyone maybe update wait times on tiers since having so many on a waitlist but knowing the time it may take would help us in the long run. Or maybe dedicate a week to each tier like the 1st and second tiers get a week or so where you focus on them since their smaller (1-2k or so if I remember) word wise and might be easier to finish Then another week or two dedicated to 3-4 and so on and so on just so your not just focused on tier 4 5 etc just so your patrons get like a spread and can satisfy a few more Dunno if that helps or just creates more work but gave my 2 cents on what I think could maybe work/help everyone get a piece of this, lol dunno but hope it semi helps at least

You're probably right about overexerting, I write fast, so that's probably why I got ahead of myself. I might delete the old rewards and edit them into something more manageable.

I'm okay with waiting. Plus it's easier to wait for the stories from you then trying to find someone else who tier rewards and quality will be as good as yours

Thanks for the update, lowered for the month like you reccomended. Will be happy to raise it back up once you feel like you're caught back up, and don't mind waiting as long as you need for my ongoing one. Thank you~ As for ideas, I think you may just me overexerting. You've got a lot of words rewards lined up with no real limit!
