3 episodes in, this was absolutely worth the wait. Dave is an awesome DM, the graphics showing the characters and creatures they interact with are great. The boys seem to be settling into the game and their characters. Thoroughly enjoying this so far

Honestly, really good distribution of cast. You need an Aiden that engages with the world and makes sure the lore gets developed. You need a Slime and Nick that pace the comedy. And Ludwig is just W roleplay imo

Loving the campaign so far...I'm noticing a lot of similarities though t the Riptide campaign from Just Roll With It, specifically between Leonas' character and Gillian (Slimecicle). Kinda hoping they don't fully commit to the "chosen one" narrative the same way Riptide did :/

I always get nervous when a player in DnD goes solo. I tried to DnD with some friends once and one of them for no reason what so ever decided to not join us going into a cave. After maybe 40 minutes of cave exploring and combat he started shouting about when does he get to do something and we told him because he didn't go with us there was nothing for him to do. We asked if he wanted to come into the cave to catch up. He said no, got up and walked out.

BDWs occasional light scoldings are very amusing to me, little off handed "You leave him alone"s when the yard boys get a little too playfully mean. It's really endearing and I like it, it shows the respect he has for the game and for everyone at the table (and how he wants them to treat it the same, which I think is admirable) enjoying DND lots so far, can't wait for more :)
