Things need to change and I've been entirely inefficient at catching up on everyone's monthly CM queue. This month as been distracting with work tiring me out even more so because of a full-time shift and a focus on expunging regular CMs after they've waited for so long.Here's my complied list of current high-tier and low-tier Commissions for you all that I don't feel I can make before the end of October.

Things are still being cluttered and I don't want to clutter them more while not filling my end of your pledges. Here are three options below for your choices on what I should do because I am clearly not as efficient as I'd like to be considering the rewards I promised.
Cambrian style
1 dol Basic Tier one- access to all posts the moment I post em. One vote in Patron prompt poll.
5 dol Not so Basic Tier Two- Same as above, five votes in weekly promptly poll. Suggestions welcomed, but not entirely likely they will happen.
10 dol Epic Tier Three- same as above, ten votes in weekly poll. One guaranteed prompt per month will appear in Weekly Poll.
15 dol Epic 2.0 Tier Four- same as above, prompt suggestions welcome, ten votes in weekly prompt,TWO guaranteed prompts per month will appear in weekly poll.
25 dol Beyond Epic Tier Five- same as above, ten votes in weekly prompt. One guaranteed prompt per month will appear in weekly poll. Weekly Poll-3000 words of creative writing you get to outline for me to follow to the letter each month.
40 dol Legendary Tier Six- same as above, ten votes in weekly poll, one Guaranteed prompt per month will appear, 5000 words of creative writing outline for me to write.
Or this, Nidoranduran method-
1 dol first Tier, one vote in each poll
7 dol second tier , one prompt each month as well as a vote in poll
15 dol third tier, two prompts each month, as well as two votes in each poll.
30 dol fourth tier, three prompts each month, as well three votes in each poll
40 dol fifth tier, four prompts each month as well as four votes in each poll.
50 dol sixth tier, five prompts each month as well as five votes in each poll.
Take note that all Patreon CMs still owed to my supporters are still listed and will still focused on to write regardless of the change.
Third Option-I simply not charge for this month and devote my time to catching up on Everyone's story while keeping things the same. Thoughts?

Option 3 seems the most sense as the backlog of commissions likely is causing a lot of pressure on you and I imagine just getting through that would help with stress alone. I myself have found in similar situations where there is just so much to do, especially when you feel yourself on a deadline that just being able to stop and focus on getting through some of the stuff can actually be a kind of stress relief in of itself. Best of luck to you regardless of which option you end up going with.

Personally I'd rather go with option 3 and just wait for you to catch up as someone who is also a patron of Cambrian and experienced the full "thrill" of voting. It is a INCREDIBLY aggravating experience for your suggestions to be passed over month over month and even when selected only expect it to be around 2000-2500 words. I'd rather you just cut away at the word limit for tiers. For example, currently I'm at the 5th tier getting 10k a month. I don't mind it going down to 8k and then going by that logic reduce others similarly. I mean sure it sucks but at least this way various story ideas I have in mind will actually come to pass rather than be stuck in the voting Poll hell that I experience in Cambrien.

Yeah and if you do catch up or at least cut down a good number I think updating and lowering tiers would help in long run too, 7-8k max for a bit see if it helps make things move along with less words per commission as I see a bunch with 10k or so but just an opinion

You're right about all that, I think I'll just not charge for October and use that time to catch up on everything. I messed up this month by focusing mainly on regulars, Which I'm going to put the stop to for a little while, to catch up.

That’d be interesting, I see that in another writers Pateron picking which of the writers own works and popular Pateron requests his patrons wanna see first and while mostly focused on those works they pump out little ones or commissions they could handle in the meantime until the voted one is done so that could be a thing Personally for me at least I’d say just take a month like before to work at cutting down the commissions and owed commissions like you did before and once a few of them are widdled away then try this because this for now is a bit much for the moment to try and work a new format in the middle of all this Sorry if that sounded bad, know you got RL stuff to deal with (work commissions piling etc) so its understandable your overwhelmed or don’t have time

Yeah I didn't think this through, lol, this is just an experimentation at best. The prompts(by which I mean stories and commissions) are the ones bneing voted for. Like say I put a poll up and alot of ppl want to see your fic come out immeidately this week. That's what they're for, the runners up are either other CMs depdning on vote or my own stories that hven't been updated in forever.

So if I understand this right (read three times still don’t really get XD) gonna do a weekly vote on what story/prompt to write out and based on which gets the most gets the most votes and posted and so on and so forth? Unless I’m off base? Lol
