Overall I don't have an issue with the idea so long as the current higher tier Patreons don't suddenly lose their high tier due to it currently being limited in number when things switch over. An idea for an adaptation to the whole choose your slots thing could be that if you win one of the slots that the slot only opens once that commission is done, that way if real life happens and the commission is unable to get completed the previous person doesn't have to try and get a new slot for the same commission. For example, if story x was originally on the Fri slot but doesn't get done then the next choose your slot has Fri slot already filled with the previous week's commission. I am just concerned about a person who gets a slot but keeps having to try and get a slot for the same commission and then it feels like their commission never comes out.()

1 questions really if you do this what would happen to everyone's tier of word length would you be continuing it as it was just incorporated into the new system or would it now be only ruby and diamond that would build up word count?

This is just my opinion. Take it with a grain of salt. Maybe for the Patreon prompts ask Patreons to message you ideas. (no longer than a sentence or two) Then you choose the three or four that you are most comfortable writing. After which post them to a poll and let the community decide. If you are having trouble writing 4k-5k words for the prompt; then rather than have it every week, have it for every two weeks. That should give you enough time to work on it without neglecting your other work.

Interesting idea, definitely logging that into the notes to see if I can change it up to fit that model. What do I do for prompts though? do I just come up with ideas on my own for those or ask for suggestions?

Maybe you might want to consider switching the voting power for the Prompts Polls and Story Polls. Give every Patreon member an equal vote for the Prompt; since they are intended to be enjoyed by the Patreon community as a whole. Give the higher tiers more votes for the story polls; given that they deal with specifically requested stories and commissions for the commissioners.

This is just a borrowed Module from another writer or two, I don't know how or when yet to implement and let things change, but I was thinking of amending it a little bit. Also I had the exact same question in mind. Prompts I assume would be shorts/ snippets that would average at about 5 or 4k only. They're just for anyone who wants an idea executed rather than their own commission. Story polls would be the same as before, I select nerly ten of fifteen and let reader svote for which five to work on for the following week and work on them in order. I don't know who commissions would work out either tbh, that's the part I'm concerned, maybe just keeping the higher tiers going at about the average length of commissions?

Looks pretty good; although I have a few questions. What is the difference between the story polls vs the Patron Prompt Poll? How exactly would commissions work from here on out?
