Probably because itâs hard enough to find an emergency foster family for a baby. I do agree , she shouldnât have been able to get the baby BUT like I said Iâm assuming when heard â family memberâ they took it.

I agree. She should have listened to the courts but I donât feel like she should be penalized. She was a sick old lady and couldnât care for a baby on her own so I donât even know why the courts gave her custody in the first place.

She was also influenced by her nieces council to take the child I'm sure for this reason. They also should play apart in the guilt of this baby's death.
