I need some help with freezing animations...

I have received a lot of reports concerning freezing animations in version 2.32. First I thought it was caused by a lack of a startup delay/wait period (This causes lack of animation looping for keyboard users). But it appears the issue is related to the framerate of the animation files themselves. It's a bit difficult to find the faulty animations since they can work fine several times in a row, but then also fail several times.
I was therefore hoping you could point me in the right direction. If you have had any animations freeze in version 2.32 please describe the animation in the comments below or in the patrons-feedback channel on Discord.
So far I have discovered the following problematic animations:

I have the problem with the scene in the cave of the dungeon with the spider(I don't know her name yet). Evertime I get in the scene it just freeze. I her the sound but the image freezes. It's the dialog when the first spideregg spawned and you have to take it so she and her offsprings catch you so she can mate with you

I'm afraid that is just a Placebo effect:-). All settings except 4 were actually disabled in 2.32, since they were no longer needed.

Same what Johnny above me said. Tinkering (hehe) with the animation setting fixed (most of them) for me.
easy way to fix is go to the animation when you open the menu and change it to 2 or 3 thats what fixed mine hope it helps

It looks like it is a general incompatibility between my .webm files and the newer version of the game engine. I have converted some of the animations to .webm with a different application and thus far I haven't managed to get those to freeze. But I have had all my previous theories disproven the past week, so I'm not 100% sure of my findings yet.

I tried this and I still get freezes randomly. Thanks for a possible solution though.
well, I had that problem too, but not anymore since I changed something in the task manager. I read this for another game of same kind. So open task manager , then look for movie and TV, go in properties of this directory and turn in "optimise for VIDEO". It has work for me, It is not a big or critical change so all my other task still work well. "ps: open the task manger with "ctrl + alt + del" just in case u didnt know

i never crashed only on this version sometimes its ok but sometimes it crashes like 40% time

Quite a lot. And I can not find a regularity. But, after game restart, it' s ok. And after long time gaming, any animation can freezed. I think, it may be 32-bit application bug in Windows 10 64x.
For me it froze when changing views in bed with Frida

Could you be more specific about which animation/view. She has several animations.
