Well, last time I said I would attempt to have my draft done by the end of last week. Sadly that wasn't the case. Mainly because the last stretch always tends to take longer than expected and I wasn't quite happy with the way things were, so I decided to add a bit more content. The good news is that I did make a lot of progress. Just to give me a little peace of mind and to get the build in a better state I've decided to push the whole schedule back a week. That means testbuild release in slightly under two weeks and official release at the very end of the month.
Sorry about that folks, but I don't want to rush something just fo the sake of releasing something. Even I have some standards I would like to live up to:-/.

The burned area shows from Day 1, but nothing happens with it until "Let There Be Light" has started and you've found the clues for tracking down where the gem went. As long as you don't get the "wow, someone's campfire got out of control" dialogue you're okay. If you *did* get the dialogue before the gem quest started, then that's an issue.

I found that the woods next to the Merchant´s Inn are burned from the start of the game, so you´ll never be able to ask the bar tender about it and can´t get the Gem Stone. Is that a bug?
