I'm really not sure Dirty Dancing or Mannequin would be up Ashleigh's alley. They might be too cheesy or sappy for her. I'd love to be proven wrong though, because I love both of those films. Also, trust me, I get why you're recommending it, and more Patrick Swayze might make up for that with Dirty Dancing.

You absolutely HAVE to watch Dirty Dancing now. I'm sure it's getting recommended to you all the time, but it's an iconic movie of the 80s, so it's an absolute must for a Millennial Movie Monday. For more Patrick Swayze, Point Break and Roadhouse would also be great watches. For more Whoopi Goldberg, I know everyone is recommending The Color Purple, which sure, but that's a heavy movie. What I'd *really* like is for you to react to Jumpin' Jack Flash. That would be a riot to see you watch. Then maybe Sister Act. If you haven't seen those, I think you'd really enjoy them! π
