It's a difficult choice to start off, though keep in mind that there are no bad options that lead to any bad endings. All the options will eventually lead to a positive conclusion to the chapter, though the choices being made will to some extent affect character relationships going forward to Chapter 3.
Instead of being given extra voting power on this poll, Echo members will be provided a bonus poll directly after the conclusion of this poll to further fine-tune what happens in the next few pages.
