Wow! So many great cameos. Let's see. The producer who got arrested was the boss from "9 to 5." His name is Dabney Coleman. His secretary was played by Gates McFadden, whom you might know if you know the Star Trek: Next Generation series. She played Dr. Beverly Crusher. Of course, there's Joan Rivers. Also Gregory Hines, who was big in the 80s as well as a world-famous tap dancer. He's also in Mel Brooks' History of the World Part 1. Then there's Liza Minelli, who is the daughter of Judy Garland (Dorthy from The Wizard of Oz) and who is in her own right a Broadway legend. My favorite secret cameo, which a lot of people miss, is the legendary director John Landis, who played "Lenny," the producer that Kermit tried to schmooze when he was all dressed up with the pink shirt and white pants. John Landis directed many of the huge hits of the 80s - Trading Places, Coming to America, Three Amigos, Blues Brothers, Clue, and Spies Like Us (which you should totally watch). :)

There was a lot of Muppet controversy after the movie as to whether Piggy and Kermit were actually married. Piggy did interviews saying that it was true while Kermit denied it. Piggy later came out and said that the priest had been defrocked before the wedding in this movie.

Her camera did something weird and she rewound the movie a bit on her end, but in the uploaded video the movie keeps going. It's around 43 minutes in the movie, she resyncs it with the fat guy saying "Manhattan Melodies? What's that?"
