I liked this movie much less than the first one, but I liked the music more in this one. It at least had that going for it. Also IDK why the Julia roberts as Julia roberts gives me secondhand embarrassment lol that just is too goofy for me.

FYI: Tess makes Twelve. Isabel isn't officially part of the group until after the plan is complete, so she is not twelve (or thirteen). Also, it's The Night Fox himself who calls Danny the night before and wakes him up earlier. It's a prank -- same with the "lost in translation," which has nothing to do with the movie Lost in Translation. The whole meeting with Matsui where they say nonsense things, they're just pranking Linus.

Another performer we just lost is Olivia Hussey. She came to fame for playing Juliet in Franco Zeffirelli's great production of Romeo and Juliet (1968). That would be a great one for a tribute watch.

My friends, Marcy Heisler and Zina Goldrich, wrote a lovely musical adaptation of Ever After. It is revived from time to time in regional theaters. If you get a chance to see it you won't regret the price of the ticket.
