the only reason i'm voting for Hunger Games is cuz i know Twilight won't win with her audience. i just got done watching reactions to the Twilight saga & the reactors had such a fun time even with how ridiculous & melodramatic the movies can get. i think she could have fun with it. but alas, Hunger Games is where i'm putting my vote.

Ashleigh, Ive been super sick for the past few weeks with stomach flu, then possible covid (just stayed home, never got tested) and now a head cold. Ive been kinda out of it. For your Birthday I was really, really hoping youd start watching How To Train Your Dragon trilogy franchise. As for Alien, well, Id rather see you watch that for Hallobeans. Oh God no for the Twilight franchise. Your best bet for Werewolf Vampire movies would be the Underworld franchise. At least these movies are cool and arent ridiculous. Hunger Games franchise was great. The OG Planet Of The Apes was great. I watched the movies and the tv show growing up in the 70s. The Rise, The Dawn and The War Planet Of The Apes are really good. There reccently was The Kingdom. it was ok. I am so so sorry to hear about what happened with the neighbors dog attacking your Moms dog. My sincerest and heartfelt sympathy goes out to her and you.

You could always put in the "unintentional comedy" vote for Twilight. I voted Hunger Games because I think it's a franchise Ashleigh would really enjoy, and it could be done in one month. (Also, it's a better belated send-off for Donald Sutherland than when Ashleigh watched M*A*S*H -- it's a great movie, but it wasn't a great choice for *her*.)

I love Men in Black, but there's a big drop in quality after the first one. It's fine to do as a one-off instead of devoting a whole month to all the sequels. There's also a huge drop in quality in Alien movies after the first two, which you've already seen. The Twilight movies aren't *good*, but they're interesting as a cultural relic. And it would be entertaining to watch you watch them.
