🕑 Added 2025-11-20 16:15:24 +0000 UTChi friends - I've seen a lot of comments pointing out me playing with my hair when I'm supposed to be watching and reacting in recent uploads and that's totally valid to observe.
This is a habit I've had ever since high school and it really picks up in periods of my life when I'm incredibly stressed and overwhelmed. One of those times being right now in life - nothing is "wrong" it's just a lot of things going on around me right now. I feel really out of control and, for some reason, pulling apart my hair and split ends makes my mind quite down - it's not just an adhd or boredom thing
it's my equivalent to picking/biting my nails - which is actually why I keep them done, so I cannot bite them down and they bleed. It's also why I chew at my lips/cheeks constantly in reactions - I used to pick at my skin so much, I'd have little scabs randomly everywhere and bruises when I wouldn't stop squeezing random bumps.
I'm not asking for sympathy or pity or anything; just explaining that I'm not bored with what I'm watching. I just have a really bad habit of body picking and it's just ticked up a lot here recently. So while I'm not LOOKING at the screen, I am still listening. But I understand how that might not make for the best reaction - so I have a few more uploads coming where I was picking a lot, I'll try to be more mindful moving forward. :)

Hi Ashleigh. You're all good. Not sure on any of the details as we're not close but sounds like you're a totally normal person. Keep that up and I'll keep doing the same. :) I've got my ticks too (which have gotten more awkward as I now present to some hi level folks). Your authenticity is awesome. Keep it up. You rock!!!

My siblings have shunned me (for life I guess) for having PTSD, anxiety, panic attacks. You are loved by so many for exactly who you are! Peace and love are the way (and my quirks). You're a shining star!
