Elena, I think it's because being called Daddy gives off a very different energy than being called Mommy! As a woman, being called a name that has a masculine/sexual connotation while in the middle of sex is super hot to me. And it's kind of a role reversal as well, so it's like getting to play a guy for a little bit, which I really enjoy.
