2022 July Post 04 - Owlbear Shenanigans Prequel
🕑 Added 2022-07-31 14:13:55 +0000 UTCMostly, I did this picture to practice drawing humans. Used a reference for the man's face - I drew it at a larger size and shrank it down, which is probably the only way I can draw decent faces at this scale.
So this will be picture 01 out of a current 2. Hopefully this will become a proper sequence, a narrative is already forming, I just needed some ideas to toy with.

Thanks! I did use a reference for his face, of course. I'm going to do that more, until I get a better feel for how hoomans are supposed to look. I'm also thinking of doing an unrelated avian picture, I kind of want to experiment a little.

That human does look good indeed. Very angular and hard facial features, I feel, which isn't bad but instead fits very good to his rough appearance. Oh and of course that owlbear thingie is a very cool and unique design as well

I don't quite know what abilities you're talking about. I don't think she has any special abilities, other than good hearing and night vision. (and the magic absorption of course)
