Help me decide which side story to write first!
🕑 Added 2021-06-09 04:47:31 +0000 UTCSo now that v1 of HTTYD is over I'm gonna start soon on v2, but I also have ideas for little spin-off kinda things, like stories that don't really work in the main plot and arc of everything or the characters are a little different, but they're still stuff that could be fun to do. Idk what the timeline would look like for releasing those but they're definitely something I'm gonna be doing whenever I have spare time in between chapters.
First idea - This one is for all the people who voted awhile ago that they wanted to see more gross stuff. Basically Marcus gets diagnosed with an illness that requires him to consume material with similar DNA to his own or something, so then basically he has to eat stuff like Jessie's saliva and breast milk and toejam and pee -- and even stuff grosser than that. Total gross-out! I suspect only a portion of the audience will want this but I still want to gauge support.
Second idea - A few years in the future, Marcus finds himself at Veronica's house again. Except this time she isn't willing to just let him go like on that Halloween night. So this story is basically her trying to seduce him against his will, until he's finally forced to give in, and Veronica finally gets what she's always wanted from him.
also btw both of these stories will be written for the 2'7 version of Marcus but there's some other spin-off ideas I'll have for a shorter version of him as well :) anyways lmk what u guys think!

For me personally it's about the context of the "gross" stuff. The characters are established because of the first version of the story. So it just seems a bit out of character for Jessie to do that.

lol dont worry I'll probably write both of them. but there were a lot of people in the other poll who said they dont like anything gross and also I know veronica's come to be a popular character in the story so I understand people wanting to read that one first!
