It's your creation and I hope you do whatever makes you happy. I'm also a webcomic creator. I took some shortcuts in my comic's original releases. Now 20Y later I am remastering it and re-releasing it with everything held to a higher standard. It is definitely more work this way than doing it "right" the first time. But also I don't think I had the same skills and perspective the first time around so it's a tradeoff.
