It looks like a pillory or stocks device holding the girl in a delightful position so that the villain can take part in some penetrative play. Useful handles on the stocks for the villain to enhance the power of his/her thrusting action. She can't see what is going on so good scope for raising both fear and arousal. If it is this, or any of the other great suggestion then I can't wait to start using it :-)

Looks like one of those hentai "Girl stuck in a hole in the wall" setups, except based off the content of the previous game, my guess is its a restraint rather than a hole. possibly for a Breeding Bench.

Looks to me like perhaps one of those walls that the girl is put half through so they cannot see what is going on with their lower half and can only feel. Depending on the personality or mood of the one trapped in it, it might be used to heighten fear, or arousal.
