Goodwill gets increased if you do good things. For example, giving someone food, etc. Or for example after fight do not kill all enemies. That will also increase reputation

I copied the 0.65 release into the folder and replaced the duplicate files. The game seems to run fine, but when I select the Lucie Wilde pack I get an error message.

What error do you get? If you try to open patch version 0.52a directly that might be the case. You need to put file into game folder and then open it.

They can usually only find metal if they have people in the guest house who they have assigned to send them out to scavenging on their own.

Dale, yes. Patreon has additional scenes and more options in cheatmenu. Packs are not related. Packs basically is extended videos/images for any girl. You can enable them and for sex scenes it will use that actress images.

Hey! Toxic cave is fail from me.. in there you can find car part or gas mask. The problem is that you need gas mask to actually get in there... I will add some way to get gas mask in 0.27. You cant talk to Negan yet. Will be in 0.28

And my last Dom even sent me to Sanctuary but Everytime I try and talk to Negan it won't let me. His rooms empty is there a specific time I'm supposed to show up or something?

Loss. Game updates doesnt impact save files. Theoretically you could load save in 0.24 from 0.01 and it should work. More likely maybe your browser cache has been cleared where saves are stored. You can ask in discord that someone gives you save file
