Why are we here?
🕑 Added 2018-05-11 15:52:04 +0000 UTC In recent weeks, I've seen a fairly significant shift toward interest in Inheritance over Wanton Cove. Or at least it looks that way when looking at the polls. Because of this, I wanted to get a better picture of which project(s) people are pledging for.Now, as all of you already know, Wanton Cove has it's primary ending in it, and there's a LOT more content planned assuming people are interested in seeing more. So no matter what this poll says, there's still work to be done there.
I suppose I should explain what I'm hoping to accomplish here:
-If this poll leans toward Wanton Cove or is fairly evenly balanced, then I will continue as I have been.
-If the poll leans heavily toward Inheritance, I'll finish up the storylines I am currently working on in Wanton Cove (I'm guessing another 2-4 builds) then start treating it as a side project. I will continue adding content to the game in the form of both written content and more art, but builds will be less common (Maybe once every 2-3 months instead of every 2-3 weeks). What this would accomplish: This would free up more time to work on Inheritance, and the code going into Inheritance is going to act as the backbone of our upcoming project Aftermath. At the same time, I will be able to start investing more time into Aftermath than I am already (Which admittedly isn't more than a couple of hours a week at present.)

Nothing wrong with that. I've found that people either don't get into it at all, or they're completely obsessed by the end of the intro. Very little middle ground.

I am here pretty much soley for inheritance, I found wanton cove hard to follow and while I don't hate the game , there is clearly some sort of magic I am missing.

Looking at the poll, I'm amazed at how many people are here for both projects to one degree or another. I'm surprised that not more people are on the extremes. Unless something significant changes in the poll (Which I would consider very unlikely) then it looks as if it will be business as usual!

I'm going to be honest, I tried Inheritance out and didn't find it interesting. My presence and support is purely for Wanton Cove.

Denderswap is among the TF elements planned for Inheritance. As a matter of fact I spent a little time working on the lab related content last night in preparation for adding that kind of content once the rest of the code is in place for it.

Different strokes for different folks. World would be a pretty boring place if everyone was the same. I for one am just happy that you're enjoying at least one of my projects!

I'm here for inheritance since I like the concept. I have tried other projects and I just don't enjoy them as much, though I do still enjoy them.

I'll support you either way but I'm in it mostly for the lovecraftian horror mystery, already juggling too many subs to track two more ;) sorry I haven't been more active, work is going through its bursts

I'm basically here for Wanton Cove, really enjoying that. Should the frequency of releases for that drop dramatically, I'd probably choose to find a different Patreon more in line with my interest. I'm mainly here for the genderswap stuff, Inheritance does not interest me at all.
