I really love this series. I've rewatched a few times. But honestly I'm rarely satisfied with the ending of bad parents in shows. Like have them slip in "okay lets talk about that in therapy" or something because I always hate how they end it with abusive parents.. it just gets tied up at the end too easily for me lol

The progression of their relationship felt so natural, and aaah, it what us older folk could only dream about in highschool truly. This series really felt like "innocent young pure love" all the way through. I need more shows like this, where the drama ISN'T between the leads, and they can actually have each other for support.

The way the parents are played is almost impossible. I mean... seriously ? At this point, you are not even a parent but just a puppeteer. Anyway, Taiwan always plays on this register, parents are the evil ones, we have to deal with it. Javi, if you want to feel emotions, I seriously recommand My Only 12 %. A pure gem that will grab joy and pain in the same time.

Ye Guang's actor said that was his first kiss ever haha they did practice behind the scene by the stairs which they got scolded for because the director wanted their first kiss to be genuine in front of the camera. so technically the one in the series is the actor's second kiss ahahah 1st one behind the scene. So cute <3
