After watching the first two episodes with you, I, too, just had to watch the entire series... oh - soo good, 10++ star rating! I was a bit put off by the whole video game theme, but it's so more than following missions and collecting coin. Although set around a high school, you'll come to realize the mature nature of the story, it's characters and emotions. The game becomes a vehicle for Tae to work through and realize his inner thoughts, wants and passion, Truly loved this 'perfectly titled' series. The writing, and especially the acting, put this on the top of my list for favorite dramas. Can't wait to watch your future reactions for Love for Love's Sake.

I think debuff energy is getting worse when the number of affection decrease. +) in front of the Tteokbokki restaurant, MH said "you like it' at first, and next he just said "like" in Korean. It can mean 'You like it' and 'I like you' both, that's why YW looks confused😭

I'm thinking the game is in like a parallel universe. Not necessarily just a game. Also, until he gets a 0 and up on the affection meter bad things will happen to Yeowoon if he is near him. (I believe, I could be wrong)

this show had me very confused at the beginning, but with the last ep I feel like everything came together and it made me like it even more.

I actually didn’t like this show. I mean it was OK and it was definitely original. I thought it was extremely overrated, however I am curious to hear your thoughts on it.

Iwould say the more negativ the affection, the more worse are the debuffs though. When the affection was at -20 it looked like the lamp would drop at any moment and that could have been really dangerous. At -10 there was the bully in the bus, but that was somewhat manageable. The leaf came down at -7 snd wouldn't have done much harm eventually, same as the Tteokbokki at -5; yeah it's spicy but not deadly ;)
