'Haem' is satoori of the word 'Hyung' in Gyungsang, Busan, Daegu. I don't think now 10~20's use this word a lot(of course some 10~20's people use it). But in this drama, they are in the countryside, so that's why YC use the word 'Haem' instead of 'Hyung' which means 'older brother'. ***and I heard the actor of YC born in Daegu, so that's why he speaks in Daegu satoori in this drama.

I had seen someone on MDL say that the 'bro' or 'brother' Yechan uses is either a dialect or old-fashion way of saying hyung. I tried to look up haem google tranlaste but it just says Ham! Am I spelling it wrong? Any thoughts on word derivation?

This comment answered a question I had! I was wondering how accurate the satoori was (as an English speaker), since I could only pick up on clear intonation differences lol. It was like hearing the difference between a deep southern dialect (I.e a country Texan) and standard American dialects (harder to come up with a standard example since Texas/America is big and has many dialects 😫)

They are so cute and sweet! The original webtoon is good, and drama is also well-made! + Yechan and some speak Satoori(dialect). I think he speaks in north-Gyungsang or Daegu satoori... 🤔because for me, his dialect is little bit akward(I'm from Busan. And South/North-Gyungsang, Busan, Daegu speak similar dialect, but intonation is different)

This series is such a sweet "slice"! I love that both characters are so different, but has their own sweet charm! Yechan with his innocent exuberance and Yul trying his best to be tsundere, but can't when Yechen looks at him. Love it!

This was my favourite episode of the show. Not that the other ones were bad but this one has so many cute and funny moments, and Chen was on his best form! I love him so much! 😌
