Kiss and Grind Mod Updates - Wave and Grind
🕑 Added 2024-07-10 17:05:26 +0000 UTCHello everybody! This update is all about adding friendly dance interactions to the mod, which will be called Wave and Grind. You can find them inside the friendly category under their own Pie menu wave and Grind,
The Update is still in the alpha state, so there may be some major changes in the future. I am now focusing more on the new bag mod, and after it will start polishing this more,
There are a lot of features that I will add to it. This was scheduled to be released after the bag mod, but with the complexity of some features on the Bag, I couldn't do that, so I had to squeeze it and release it now,
Update Features:
β Kiss and Grind 1.6.5:
Tweaked the autonomy. Now the sims must see the object to start to dance, object included (radios, dance floors)
Fixed the outcome for the slow dance interactions
Fixed some missing strings and texts,
changed a lot of id's to be compatible with the latest patch,
β Wave and Grind a0.1:
Added the Wave and Grind pie menu interactions
adding Three new interactions, Friendly Slowdance/ Chatty Dance/ Waved Dance,
Added the neutral variants for all of the new interactions
adding a generic Outcome for all the interactions, both negative and positive!
Things To clarify and some upcoming features:
This mod is BG-compatible.
For Wave and Grind, Your sims need more than 10 in friendship, or the interactions won't appear.
Autonomy will be implemented on it soon, so youre sims can go on themselves to dance
How to install :
Just put my mods and the XML injector script into your Sims 4 Mods folder.
The Wave and Grind is completely separate from the Kiss and Grind mod and can work separately. If you want them both, you have to download them both,
Delete The older version. Leave just the Updated one. You just need to download the latest updates.
Requirement :
This mod needs the XML injector by Scumbumbo. You can download it here: https://scumbumbomods.com/xml-injector

This mod won't show up in my game at the moment. I have xml injector v4 installed, but it still won't work? Any ideas what could be the problem?

Wave dances are absolutely awesome! I can imagine how nice it will be when they are used autonomously by NPCs in night clubs :) Thank you very much for your great work <3
