Tend Coffee in Shirley, NY. Sue started her business as a coffee of the month and expanded to a little cafe where she roasts on-site. She has also expanded to a second location inside a library. Though I’m back in Ohio, I still occasionally order a bag from her because the care she puts into sourcing and roasting really shines through. She also supports other local businesses by selling their products as well.
