Really interesting discussion lads, I think many of us are guilty of these thoughts, feelings or actions. It's a complex issue when we're trying to understand our own feelings or emotions; trying to make sense of them when they are attached to things from our past can be quite difficult. Really enjoying the Patreon eps so far though!
