Thank you so much for this. I’m at a point where I really don’t like my job and I want to leave and go work at a coffee shop or something. I know that it’d be a significant paycut but I really just want to not be miserable when I wake up in the morning and also have more flexible hours.

Excellent advice re: NOT opening a brick and mortar store and doing something online first! I've been wanting to open a shop for years but worried about the financial issue and time issue! How will we ever go on vacation if I have a shop to manage! Thank you for the practical advice.
