Glad you enjoyed the conversation, we have lots of fun together! I've been taking several Ancestral Supplements lately: liver, brain, and spleen plus magnesium at night. In the winter (or when my sun exposure is lower) I take D3 and when my fish intake is lower than usual I'll take an Omega-3.

I found this talk between you both fascinating. You often talk about Becca but it was great to her talk also. Lots of natural humour and shared jokes. Could really feel the undertones in her words especially when she mentioned not having any further children to pass Ella’s clothes onto.
