I was inspired by this podcast to work with NBT, and I recently got my blood test results back. I have high probability (between 72-82%) for elevated lead, arsenic, and mercury. My question is specific to Dr. Walsh’s detox program, which I’d like to try. Are consistent sleep and wake times greatly factored into the success of this program? I’m a flight attendant and I don’t always have control over this. Thanks!
