I really like this podcast. One of my favorites. I like how she interacts with both of you. Great guest. I had stopped drinking completely for almost 5 years and recently decided to have some alcohol again. I stopped because of my sport and didn’t feel I had a problem with it. The past three weeks I think about that glass everyday. I look forward to the evening feel good buzz. I’m questioning if I made a bad choice reopening that option though I’m totally enjoying that relaxed atmosphere with myself and my husband. Do you have thoughts on that? Thanks for a great podcast. - Karin.

Nice! Same attitude in Germany. Beer is a big part of evening-culture. But non alcoholic beer has gotten really good and when you order it now people are more like "oh he is just driving responsible". Since my wife is pregnant I joined her in sobriety for a view months now. I recommend temporary deprivation for everyone, just to see how it affects their life.
