I just listened to the minimal and maximal episode and I've cried while listening to both. There's a lot of trauma I haven't properly delt with in my life but the most recent has to be the loss of my cousin only a year ago to an anurism. He left behind a very young wife and family that was so shocked to loose him at 26. Thank you for sharing your knowledge and compassion with others 🙏❤️
