Hope you are feeling better Ryan and are spending some time outside. It feels so unnatural to spend so much time inside. Affects the body’s rhythms. There isn’t a substitute for the benefits for being outside. I’ve found it tough to adapt but trying not to think too far ahead as a way of coping.

The hugs and safe sex analogy was hilarious. Thank you Ryan and Josh. I needed that laugh. Also really great discussion about overreacting. Definitely not black or white. I think we won't know forsure until the dust settles and have time to complete more studies, but my gut tells me our measures are slightly more aggressive than necessary. Without all the knowledge of the disease, it's better to be safe than sorry.
