Randie is so spot on. I liked her part about managing our expectations and allowing us to not be as productive and still be ok with ourselves.

The part I can relate to the most was about how life is filled with seasons. Frank Sinatra has a song, Cycles, that my husband sings every now and again. It states that "life is like the seasons; after winter comes the spring." We should be thankful for all seasons. New life appears after a winter, no matter how harsh or mild. Keep the great podcasts coming!
