JFM’s brief comments on mediocrity (at approximately the 1:30 mark) resonated with me. I would be curious to hear your thoughts on mediocrity vs. complacency. I grew up believing that these concepts are “bad” and that we “should” always strive to get better at everything that we do. Your comments on good/bad and should/shouldn’t have been challenging me to become more aware of how I perceive life. I always appreciate these nuanced conversations!
