I wonder if Josh was talking about the essence of love vs Ryan discussing the action of love. I absolutely loved this episode, it reminded me of my discussions with my sister.

I enjoyed this episode and learned in the process that I was trying to impose my minimalism on my partner in the past, then stopped until he asked me for help because he realized he was hoarding a lot of things. So when he did ask me, I did help, and he has felt very light ever since, like a big weight has been lifted.
