Re: the question on intermittent fasting. I just read The Obesity Code by Dr. Jason Fung, and it was a game changer for me. I highly recommend it, and if you find value in it, then I would follow up with his "Ultimate Guide to Fasting" book.

Great episode! Listened to it in 2 sittings. Especially liked the story about, "Let's Go Brandon!" Almost brought tears to my eyes. The other section was about FB friends. At one time, I had over 350 "friends" on FB. No more. I may have 30, if that. They are family and a few very close friends that I do keep in contact with. You guys hit it out of the ball[park! Great job Team! :-)
