Excellent discussion. Really loved Josh's comments on sentimentality, minutes 1:32-33. A really thoughtful question I loved regarding whether or not to keep a sentimental item was "does it amplify the joy that is naturally in me?" That question will help me reframe how I view sentimental items. Many thanks!
