In this episode, in the first question about letting go, the caller talked about the physical aspect of letting go — the bodily craving for your ex that manifests in sex dreams, let's be honest. At least that's what *I* heard, because it's what I struggle with — physically yearning for my ex in that particular way (when it was not problematic) that you can no longer have, but your body refuses to accept. I was surprised and disappointed that no one mentioned sex in their response to this caller. I thought that in addition to the amorphous concept of healing, the caller was discretely talking about sex without saying it straight out. Sex, when it was good, is a very big loss in a breakup, especially when you didn't want the breakup to happen.
