This gave me a very startling realization about my own health. “Our health is a choice we make with every bite we take.” I begin podcasts as I’m getting ready for bed. Forgot to set my phone timer and had woken up right when your guest said this. I almost couldn’t go back to sleep from it having such a profound impact on me. Turning 30 in a couple weeks, and this was such a lesson for me to take minimalistic practice into my body’s fuel. I sincerely hope you guys continue to tackle the subject of food and health. Thank you - Christian
